We are firmly in July which means now is great time to start prepping for your fantasy football drafts.
Rookie tight end Kyle Pitts has garnered a lot of buzz this offseason, and the Atlanta Falcons trading away Julio Jones only added fuel to the fire. While it’s not hard to envision a stellar season incoming from the freshman, the position does have a bad track record when it comes to first-year breakouts.
That’s why instead, I’l be targeting players like T.J. Hockenson and Dallas Goedert ahead of Pitts in drafts this year. These are still younger players, but they’ve already gone through two years of acclimating to playing tight end in the NFL, a position that comes with a steep learning curve.
Here are the Spartan Fantasy Football tight end rankings for 2021.
